These GeneralTerms and Conditions apply to the use of the Ziewieplatform by customers (“Customer”, “you”). By using the Platform, you agree to these conditions.
Ziewie: Ziewie B.V., provider of the digital platform.
Platform: the website, applications, portals and systems of Ziewie.
Customer: any natural person or legal entity seeking or booking a service via the Platform. Partner:independent service provider, freelancer, shop or company offeringservices via the Platform.
Service: the activities offered and performed by the Partner.
Ziewie is not a party to the agreement concluded between Customer and Partner. Ziewie does not performservices itself and is not an employeror principal of the Partner. The agreement is concluded directly between Customer and Partner.
Disputes, complaints, liability and payment of the Serviceare exclusively betweenCustomer and Partner.
The Platform is accessible to all ages.
Minors may only enter into agreements in accordance with applicable law. The Customer is responsible for correct, completeand up-to-date information.
Misuse, fraud or improper use may result in suspension or termination of the account.
An account is required to place a booking.
The Customer is responsible for keeping login details confidential.
Ziewie may suspend or remove accounts in case of violation of these conditions.
A booking via the Platform constitutes a request to a Partner.
Acceptance by the Partner resultsin an agreement between Customerand Partner. Ziewie does not guarantee availability, quality or performance of Services.
Payments for Servicestake place directlybetween Customer and Partner. Ziewie currently does not facilitate online payments.
Ziewie may charge a service fee that is passed on directly or indirectly via the Partner. In the future, Ziewie may integrate payment solutions.
Cancellation conditions are determined by the Partner. Ziewie is not a party to cancellations or refunds.
Ziewie is not liable for damage arisingfrom Services providedby Partners. Any claims must be submitted directly to the Partner.
Ziewie is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
Customers may post reviews.
Ziewie reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Ziewie Privacy Policy.
Ziewie may amend these conditions. The current version is always available on the Platform.
These conditions are governed by Dutch law.
