Ziewie B.V. (“Ziewie”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respectsyour privacy and processes personaldata carefully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the Ziewie platform, including the website https://beta.ziewie.com, any mobile applications, partner portals and all relatedservices (collectively the “Platform”).

 

      1 Role of Ziewie

       Ziewie is a digital platformthat connects customers and service providers (“Partners”). Ziewie:

  • is not a provider of services;
  • is not an employer;
  • is not a party to the agreement concluded between Customer and Partner;
  • bears no responsibility or liability for the performance of services.

       Agreements are concluded exclusively and directly between Customer and Partner.

 

      2. Which personal data do we process?

        We process personal data of Customers, Partners, visitors and contact persons.

 

      3. Data provided by you General data

  • name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • account details;
  • date of birth;
  • gender (onlyif functionally necessary for the service,for example for search and filter purposes when a customer explicitly chooses a male or female service provider).

 

      Address and location data

  • street name and house number;
  • postal code, city and country;
  • service areas and availability.

 

     Partner and company data

  • company name;
  • Chamber of Commerce registration number and extract;
  • VAT or tax number;
  • service categories and subcategories;
  • certificates, permits and qualifications;
  • opening hours;
  • urgency and availability information.

 

      Identification and verification data (Partners)

  • copy of ID card or passport;
  • BSN (solely for statutory verification and compliance obligations);
  • signature;
  • PEP status (Politically Exposed Person).

 

      Financial and verification data (Partners)

  • account holder name;
  • IBAN and bank name;
  • documents demonstrating that the Partner is actually registered or established at the stated

        address (such as a Chamber of Commerce extract or official confirmation letter).

 

      Communication data

  • chat messages within the Platform;
  • emails;
  • telephone conversations with customer service or SOS lines (which may be recorded);
  • other forms of customer service communication.

 

      Content and interaction

  • posted assignments;
  • reviews and ratings;
  • feedback and responses.

 

       3. Automatically collected data

        When using the Platform, we automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • device, browser and operating system data;
  • date and time of use;
  • visited pages and interactions;
  • cookies and similar technologies.

       4. Purposes of processing

        We process personaldata on the basis of a validlegal ground for, among others,the following purposes:

  • creating and managing accounts;
  • matching Customers and Partners;
  • verification, compliance and fraud prevention;
  • facilitating communication between users;
  • quality control, security and evidence (including call recordings);
  • analysis, optimisation and AI-supported matching;
  • marketing activities, affiliate programmes and discount campaigns;
  • sending notifications via email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notifications;
  • invoicing and collection of Ziewie fees;
  • compliance with legal obligations.

 

       5. Legal grounds

       We process personal data on the basis of:

  • performance of an agreement;
  • legal obligations;
  • legitimate interests of Ziewie or third parties;
  • your consent, where required.

 

      6. Minors 

 

      Customers

        The Platform is accessible to all ages. If a Customer is under the age of 18, agreements are only legally valid with the consent of a legal    representative, unless it concerns customary and age-appropriate services.

      Partners

          Partners must in principle be 18 years of age or older and have a valid Chamber of Commerce registration. Minors aged 16 or 17 may only becomePartners if they are legallycompetent to enter into an employment or assignment agreement, or if they have demonstrable consent from a legal representative. Persons under the age of 16 may only enter into an agreement with the explicit consent of a legal representative.

 

      7. Payments

       

      Current situation

           Ziewie currently does not facilitate online payments. Paymentsfor services take place directly between Customer and Partner. Ziewie invoices its service or platform fee separately.

 

       Future situation

        In the future,Ziewie may integrate external payment serviceproviders to facilitate payments. In that case, additional conditions may apply.

 

      8. Liability and disputes

        Ziewie is not a partyto disputes betweenCustomers and Partners. Complaints, damages, refunds or other claims arising from the performance of services must be handled exclusively and directly between Customer and Partner. Ziewie cannot be held liable for this.

 

      9. Sharing and commercial use of data

           We share personal data with:

  • other users for the execution of services;
  • technical and operational service providers;
  • communication and notification providers;
  • supervisory authorities or public authorities where legally required.

Ziewie may use and sharepersonal data, such as leadsand contact requests, with Partners and in the future with carefully selected third parties for commercial, analytical or marketing purposes, exclusively within the limits of the law and with appropriate safeguards.

 

      10. International transfers

           Personal data may be processed outside the EuropeanEconomic Area. In such cases,Ziewie takes appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

 

      11. Security

          Ziewie takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protectpersonal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

 

      12. Retention periods

          Personal data is not retainedlonger than necessary for the purposesfor which it was collected, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

 

      13. Your rights

           You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the            Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

 

      14. Changes

          Ziewie may amendthis Privacy Policy.The most currentversion is alwaysavailable on the Platform.
