Cancellation &Returns Policy – Ziewie

This Cancellation & Returns Policy applies to the use of the Ziewie platform by customers and partners and supplements the General Termsand Conditions, PartnerAgreement and Privacy Policy of Ziewie B.V.

 

1 Role of Ziewie

Ziewie B.V. acts exclusively as a platform providerand intermediary between customers and partners (service providers, freelancers, shops and companies).

Ziewie:

  • does not provide services or products itself;
  • is not a party to the agreement between customer and partner;
  • is not an employer or contractor;
  • is not responsible for the execution, quality, cancellation, returnsor refunds of services or products.

All agreements are concluded exclusively and directly between the customer and the partner.

 

2. Cancellations by the customer

2.1 Services

  • Cancellation of a service must be arranged directly with the partner.
  • Cancellation conditions (deadlines, costs, no-show policies) are determined solely by the partner.
  • Ziewie has no influence over and no obligation to enforce these conditions.

 

2.2 Urgent and emergency services

  • Different cancellation conditions may apply to urgent or SOS services.
  • Costs for work already performed, reservations or availability may be charged by the partner.

 

3.Cancellations by the partner

  • The partner is responsible for timely communication with the customerin the event of cancellation.
  • Any compensation or rescheduling is agreed exclusively between customer and partner.
  • Ziewie is not liablefor damages, costsor consequential damagesresulting from cancellation by the partner.

 

4. Returns (products)

If products are offered via the platform:

  • Return conditions are determined by the partner.
  • Statutory withdrawal rights (such as the 14-dayright of withdrawal for consumer purchases) apply only where legally required.
  • Customers must arrange returns directly with the partner.

Ziewie does not process returns itself and does not accept returned products.

 

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are carried out exclusively by the partner.
  • Ziewie does not issuerefunds and does not managecustomer payments (unlessexplicitly stated otherwise in the future).
  • Any disputesregarding payments, refundsor settlements must be resolveddirectly between customer and partner.

 

6. Ziewie fees

  • Ziewie fees (platform or service fees)are separate from cancellations or returns between customer and partner.
  • If a partner fails to pay Ziewie fees, Ziewie reserves the right to:
  • restrict access to the platform;
  • block profile visibility;
  • terminate the account;
  • transfer outstanding amounts to a collection agency or bailiff.

 

7. Liability

Ziewie is not liable for:

  • cancellations or returns;
  • (partial) refunds;
  • damages, consequential damages or loss of profit;
  • errors or shortcomings of partners;
  • disputes between customer and partner.

 

8. Complaints and disputes

  • Complaints regarding cancellations, returns or refunds must be submitted directly to the partner.
  • Ziewie may register complaints for quality purposes but is not a dispute resolution body.

 

9. Amendments

Ziewie may amend this Cancellation &Returns Policy. The most currentversion is alwaysavailable via the platform.
